Launch the preinstalled McAfee software

• Click on the McAfee® icon on your Acer laptop or desktop PC to launch your pre-installed McAfee Internet Security software. You can find the McAfee icon on your computer desktop, in the system tray, or in the "Program" files

Complete the activation form

• After accepting the end-user license agreement, simply create a user name and password and follow the final steps to instantly activate your McAfee® Internet Security 60-day free trial. Please note that your computer must be connected to the Internet in order to activate your free trial as well as to receive the automatic updates.

Extend your subscription at the end of the trial period

• You will be reminded when your 60-day free trial is about to expire. Follow the on-screen instructions to extend your subscription of McAfee® Internet Security to ensure your Acer PC always has up-to-date protection.
